- We pick up from the Upper North Shore (8am to 9am) and drop off (4pm to 5pm) in our air condition vans (iLoad, LDV9, VW Caddy)

- Highly experienced team with well over 30,000 hours of dog care. Business operated since July 2017.

- Limited Dogs a Day with no overcrowding, 5 to 1 staff ratio
- 3 separate areas within facility so dogs can be separated into appropriate groups when required …. such as small dogs play

- Regular Event Days, Xmas, Easter, Valentines Day for wonderful photo opportunities
- Large Shade Shelter and Shade sails, Large 3 door garage barn for temporary inclement weather
- 2 metre high wire and wooden fencing with double gates, and double gated van delivery drop off area
- Highest environmental standards – worm farm waste disposal, dog wash and tank water
- Natural Water Dog Splash Pond coming for summer 2024/5
- All dogs must undergo a socialisation trial to ensure suitability
